Willingen and surroundings

In the immediate vicinity is the idyllic Stryckteich. A flat hiking trail on the Itter stream leads to Willingen and in the other direction to the Weltcupschanze am Mühlenkopf, also about 1.5 km away.

Nearby are the Willinger Hochheideturm, the cabin cable car, the ski slopes, the Mühlenkopfschanze, the largest large hill in the world, the high ropes course, the Willingen slate mine, the adventure golf course, the lagoon pool with a large sauna area, the visitor center with cinema and ice skating rink, playgrounds, summer toboggan run , Wildlife park and much more.
